History

Established in 2011.

We started to hear from the owners of the vacation homes we worked at that they needed a new kind of management. We were supervising the housekeeping and maintenance of over 30 homes in Santa Cruz. The owners did so much work on their homes and were receiving sometimes less than half of the collected funds for their rentals. That seemed unfair. We were able to sign all of the homes up on VRBO, and created Santa Cruz Getaways for the home owners. We answer the email  and phone call inquiries for them as well as book the stays. We continue to clean and supervise the upkeep of their beautiful homes. Now owners are able to afford the upgrades, remodeling and fine touches they've wanted to do. The homeowners are in control of their funds. The guests have direct contact with us. We know all of our homes homeowners, and guests appreciate the hands on local and personal attention. :)That's why we have a limited number of listings. Quality over quantity.

We love Santa Cruz! Vacations shouldn't be stressful. The goal is to relax, right? You shouldn't feel stalked by a sales person or as if you're in a totally different home than advertised when you arrive. We have accurate photos and honest descriptions. We want to show you how valuable you are to us and the community of Santa Cruz by being honest ,direct, and providing premium homes at a reasonable rate. 
We have 18 years of experience in the Vacation rental industry. If we don't love it we won't recommend it. Even If we don't have a place for you we surely will be happy to share any information that may help you find one. We have 7 homes on our site.  Four pet friendly three pet free. From an oceanfront villa to a sweet lil Casita with a view of the Wharf :)
